Voice Memo Problem! HELP ASAP

Okay I need some help. iPhone 6+ // prior to this last update

I recorded a memo 1 hr 11 min 55 sec and I went to immediately play it back and it worked fine. I go to hook to my computer to transfer it but it won't transfer. Half my photos wouldn't even transfer. I attempted back up and then computer said I needed to authorize my computer. I follow directions to authorize my computer when it says it had already been authorized. Still wouldn't transfer. I panicked. I shut the phone off and turned it back on and then now it wouldn't even play. When I hit the button to chose to email it or whatever (box with arrow pointing up) it says "preparing failed". I thought maybe Apple is saying "screw you go update your phone or else I'm holding your crap hostage" so I updated and STILL I can't get that file. I NEED THIS AUDIO FILE! HELP ME PLEASE! How do I salvage this? I tried to go in via the computer and opening my phone as if it were the hard drive and copy everything I found in folders (which were just photos and videos but not even all of them) and still nothing.

Anyone got a backdoor option to save this thing and then i'll restore my phone after I can get this thing recovered. It's soooooooo important!
